Key Working Principles
Fabric Feeding & Unwinding: Large rolls of non-woven fabric are continuously fed into the machine, often managed by auto-tension control systems to prevent tearing or stretching.
Handle Punching: The machine uses a hydraulic or pneumatic punch to cut out the "D" handle shape in the material.
Sealing and Cutting: High-frequency ultrasonic or thermal heating elements strongly weld the sides and bottom of the bag, followed by precision blades that slice the fabric into individual bags.
Bag Varieties: Depending on the setup, the machine can produce flat bags, U-cut (vest) bags, shoe bags, and loop handle bags.
